OUR TEAM
Coming from complimentary backgrounds, we established one of the first teams in the industry over 20 years ago. Working synergistically since then, we collaborate seamlessly with our team of 5 to serve both buyers and sellers in the East Bay. With 22+ years of experience, a total sales volume of almost $1 Billion in real estate and 750+ homes sold, we have consistently and successfully navigated the ups and downs of market challenges over the years. And today more than ever, it is important to have a seasoned professional on your side to manage your most important asset.
We have a powerful team of 5 and the robust resources necessary to launch a home successfully in today’s market. Our team includes a high-level transaction manager (for the vast amounts of back-office systems and contract paperwork) as well as a dedicated project/design manager who recommonds colors and finishes, prepares all of our new listings for the market, organizes repairs, schedules inspections and quotes and coordinates any updates or repairs in a timely fashion.
